Kootenai County is home to a wealth of talented young professionals, and the Kootenai County Young Professionals organization is committed to recognizing these individuals. We are excited to present “Kootenai County’s Top 30 Under 40,” an initiative designed to honor outstanding service to the community, notable business achievements, and overall excellence.

Award Ceremony
Winners will be honored at Elevate, our premier celebration event in January. This gala is a fantastic opportunity to network, celebrate, and share your success with peers and community leaders.
Selection Process
An independent panel of esteemed business and community leaders from Kootenai County will review all applications. The judges will meticulously evaluate each submission and select the winners in October. The announcement of the winners will take place on October 30th.
